Refund Terms

    1. Payment Method
    All payments made through Trip Kaikai are processed securely via Xendit, our authorized payment gateway. We accept payments via credit/debit card, virtual accounts, e-wallets (such as OVO, DANA, GoPay), and bank transfers.

 

   2. Deposit Policy
    A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% must be settled at least 7 (seven) days prior to your tour date.

 

   3. Eligibility for Refund
    Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made within the conditions below:
   - 14 days or more before the tour: 50% of the total payment will be refunded.
   - Less than 14 days before the tour: No refund is available.
   - No-show on the tour date: No refund.

 

   4. Non-Refundable Services
    Please note that costs related to third-party tickets, entrance fees, meals, and operational logistics are non-refundable once confirmed. These include but are not limited to:
   - Attraction or temple tickets
   - Activity reservations (e.g. ATV, Silver Class)
   - Insurance and administrative fees

 

   5. Processing Time
    Refunds will be processed through Xendit and returned via the original payment method. Please allow 7–14 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or e-wallet provider.

 

   6. Administrative Fee
    Each refund is subject to an administration fee of 5%, which covers payment gateway costs and transaction charges.

 

   7. Force Majeure Clause
    In the event of cancellations caused by force majeure (natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, etc.), Trip Kaikai will offer rescheduling options or partial refunds, subject to review.

 

   8. Rescheduling Instead of Refund
    We strongly encourage guests to reschedule their experience (at no additional cost, one time only) instead of requesting a refund. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 10 days in advance and are subject to availability.
