Terms & Conditions
Please carefully read the following important notes before confirming your trip with Trip Kaikai. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Booking Confirmation
A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Your booking will not be secured until the deposit is received. The remaining 50% balance must be fully paid no later than 7 days before the scheduled tour date.
2. Payment Methods
Payments can be made via bank transfer, e-wallet, or other approved methods as provided by Trip Kaikai. Full payment details will be shared upon confirmation.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the tour will receive a 50% refund of the total payment.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the tour date are non-refundable.
- No-shows on the day of the tour will be charged 100% of the total cost.
4. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is allowed once only and must be requested at least 10 days before the original tour date. New dates are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
5. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions
Please refer to each package for what’s included. Unless otherwise stated, all packages include a private car, English-speaking driver, entrance fees, and lunch. Personal expenses and tipping are not included.
6. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for maintaining their own health, safety, and personal belongings. You must follow all safety instructions from the guide or team during the tour. Misconduct or failure to follow instructions may result in immediate termination of the trip without refund.
7. Health & Physical Condition
Our tours may involve walking, trekking, stairs, and swimming. Please ensure that you are in good physical condition to participate. You must inform us in advance of any medical conditions, physical limitations, or special needs.
8. Insurance
Travel and personal accident insurance are not included in the tour price. We strongly recommend purchasing your own insurance prior to the tour for your peace of mind.
9. Unforeseen Circumstances
Trip Kaikai reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or alter itineraries due to weather conditions, natural disasters, government regulations, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will offer a reschedule or full refund.
10. Consent to Photography
By joining our tours, you agree that any photos or videos taken during the trip may be used by Trip Kaikai for marketing or promotional purposes, unless you inform us otherwise in writing prior to the tour.
